Moscow rental prices continue to rise

According to an article published in today's Moscow Times, average rental prices continue to rise in Moscow. An upsurge in demand in Q1, not matched by supply of suitable properties, has led to an average 14% year on year increase in rental rates.

According to the article, quoting research by two of Moscow's leading agencies, an upsurge in demand in Q1, not matched by supply of suitable properties, has led to an average 14% year on year increase in rental rates.

Our own experience shows that demand for 3 and 4 bedroom properties has significantly increased, and in some popular areas of the city prices have increased by 20% or more in the last 12 months.

Troika Relocations will be publishing our own research into average rental prices in popular expatriate areas this week. Please contact us by email in order to receive your copy.
