New Work Permit Requirements in Russia

From August 2nd, Russian Federal Migration Services have introduced a new requirement with regards to documents that must be submitted as part of a HQS Work Permit Application.

Henceforth, it will be necessary to present a notarised copy of certificate of higher education (degree, diploma). A simple copy may be submitted, if presented along with the original document. 

Apostile is not required.

Previously, a certificate of higher education was not required for a HQS work permit.
