Business Development Manager Vacancy

Troika Relocations is looking for a new Business Development Manager who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of our business in Russia. The position will report to the General Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities
As a New Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, identifying, prospecting, developing and closing key corporate clients, accounting for all phases of the sales process. You will generate revenue while developing insight into a fast-growing, international business, working with high-profile corporate clients, mainly Fortune 1000 companies.
By the end of the first year, expected to have closed 5-8 key accounts and have generated at least 300,000 USD in sales and in subsequent years deliver at an annual rate of 600,000 USD or more.
Develop and maintain a personal network at senior executive level (C-level) in large, mainly international, corporations. 
As a key member of Troika Relocations' management team, participate in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for Russia and CIS, and contribute in setting best practice throughout the organisation.

Desired Skills & Experience
We will look for candidates with the following background:
2+ years' experience of successful value based B2B solution/consultative selling targeting senior executive level.
Genuine experience of how to conduct a needs analysis and creating a convincing value proposition that addresses critical business issues.
Strong pipeline management skills.
Personal network at Senior Management level within major national and multinational companies is ideal(network within HR Directors, Purchasing Directors community a strong plus).
Experience of working in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
University graduate, preferably with a Business degree.
Fluency in Russian and English is required. French language would be a plus.
